Thank you for visiting the Briar Rose website..we are a very small family run concern producing traditional craft products according to time honoured practises.In today's mass commercialised consumer market,we aim to provide genuinely hand crafted magically made products at a fair price for craft practitioners.

Unlike many other websites,we craft all our products ourselves and so can provide product support and information should it be required. Countless years of accumulated craft experience and knowledge go  into every one of our products,and all our products are genuinely hand made from begining to end..we do not buy in and resell..nor do we supply our products for resale..you will not find any of the products on this website being sold in retail or online outlets.

Be assured you are buying your products directly from the people who have crafted them with their own hands....it really does not get much more personal than this.

We aim to make your online shopping with us a pleasant experience and a safe experience.

We accept payments via Paypal or by personal cheque or postal order.

Unfortunately we can only accept payments in GB pounds, though we are happy to ship to the UK,Europe,the United States,Canada,Australia, New Zealand and Asia.We accept payments from international customers via Paypal.

If you live in the UK and wish to pay by personal cheque or postal order,please place your order by email and we will send you an invoice.

We welcome any queries,from  product enquiries to advice and guidance.

If you are not happy with your purchases we offer a full no quibble refund,just return your items within 7 days of reciept and we will refund your full purchase price and P+P charges.Unfortunately,for hygiene reasons,we cannot accept returns of our oils or herbal remedies..but we're sure we can always come to a mutally accaptable solution should you have cause to complain.

We always combine shipping costs..additional wands cost just £1.00 each extra postage....should you run into any problems order multiple purchases simply email your request to thegothickrose@aol.com and we'll send a combined invoice by return.We will NOT overcharge for postage.
